Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Response & Customer Engagement
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received via website, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Approach and engage overseas customers to understand their requirements and provide product information.
  • Convert leads to a stage where orders can be executed, ensuring a seamless handover for order processing.
  • Sales Support & Coordination
  • Prepare and send quotations, product details, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, negotiations, and closing of sales.
  • Schedule and support virtual meetings with customers to build strong relationships.
  • Market Research & Development
  • Identify potential markets and customers through online research and digital platforms.
  • Maintain and regularly update the database of customers and leads.
  • Monitor inquiry trends to support sales strategy development.
  • Documentation & Internal Collaboration
  • Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, responses, quotations, and lead conversion status in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Digital Platform Engagement
  • Regularly monitor and manage customer inquiries across digital platforms.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication for effective customer conversion.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, International Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales coordination or international business development.
  • Experience in working with B2B products; chemical industry background will be given preference.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of any other foreign language is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media for B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Good understanding of export trade and sales processes.
