Export Pricing & Operations Executive

You are a proactive Export Pricing & Operations Executive responsible for supporting KSA export logistics activities. With at least 1 year of experience in KSA-export pricing and operations, you possess excellent coordination and communication skills necessary for managing international shipments and pricing strategies effectively. Your key responsibilities include preparing and managing competitive export pricing based on customer requirements, market trends, and carrier rates. You will coordinate with various stakeholders like local vendors, custom brokers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal departments to ensure the smooth movement of export shipments. Handling documentation such as shipping instructions, export manifest, Bill of Lading, and customs procedures is a crucial part of your role. Tracking and updating the status of shipments to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with export regulations and customer SOPs, and supporting the sales and pricing teams by providing timely quotes and follow-ups are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain a database of pricing and operational performance for reporting and analysis purposes and resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies with a problem-solving mindset. To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in KSA-export pricing and/or export operations. Good knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and shipping procedures is essential. Strong coordination and follow-up skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
