Key Responsibilities:

Export Operations:

• Manage end-to-end export activities including order processing, documentation, logistics, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export control policies.
• Coordinate with production, warehousing, and shipping teams for timely execution of export orders.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare and review all export-related documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor changes in global trade compliance laws, Incoterms, and update internal processes accordingly.

Market Development & Sales Support:

• Support the International Sales team in expanding into new geographies and developing distributor networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, agents, and partners.
• Assist in price negotiations, contract execution, and dispute resolution.

Logistics & Cost Optimization:

• Select cost-effective freight solutions and negotiate with carriers and shipping lines.
• Track shipment status and manage delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in export management, preferably in the petrochemical or chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, Incoterms, and documentation.
• Experience in handling hazardous/dangerous goods shipments is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
