Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage and support the export operations of our company. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of international shipping and documentation, ensure compliance with export regulations, and coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. This role is key in expanding our global reach and enhancing customer satisfaction abroad. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, shipping, and logistics. Prepare and verify all export-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and company policies. Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and relevant internal departments. Communicate with international clients regarding orders, shipping schedules, and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and prepare regular reports.
