Job Description

Job Title: Export Documentation Executive
Location: Shyambazar, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 20k-25k per month

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and export declarations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth documentation and shipment processes.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve documentation-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Communicate effectively with internal departments (logistics, sales, accounts) and external agencies.
Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and ensure timely submission to banks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
