Job Description

As a candidate with experience in the pharma industry, you will be responsible for various tasks related to third-party manufacturing and export compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations. - Handling documentation such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements. - Arranging transportation of goods. - Negotiating freight rates and taxes. - Meeting with customers and suppliers as needed. - Evaluating customer feedback and implementing corrective actions. - Monitoring market trends and devising strategies to boost export sales. - Providing guidance and support to other staff members in the organization. - Managing vendors effectively. In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for greeting clients and visitors professionally, answering and directing phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks like sorting mail and filing, and ensuring excellent customer service. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work during day shifts at the specified in-person location.,
