Export Executive

Qualification:

Location:

Experience: 3-4 years inhandling exports of industrial projects, pharma projects, or industrial machines.

Working: 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, verify, and manage export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs requirements, and company export policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date export records for audits and future reference.

Logistics & Shipment Management

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to arrange shipments.
Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolving delays or discrepancies.
Negotiate freight rates and choose cost-effective shipping options.

Market & Sales Support

Research international markets, trade regulations, and trends to support business growth.
Assist the sales team with export-related documentation and client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customs brokers, shipping agents, and clients.
