Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review

    Letter of Credit (LC)

    including LC application, amendment, and compliance as per

    UCP 600

    .
  • Handle

    import documentation

    such as Bill of Entry, invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, and duty coordination.
  • Coordinate with

    banks, CHAs, freight forwarders, and overseas suppliers

    .
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and resolve

    LC discrepancies

    .
  • Maintain exportimport records and ensure compliance with

    customs & FEMA regulations

    .

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in

    Export Import / Trade Documentation

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    LC preparation and import documentation

    is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • ERP / SAP exposure is an added advantage.
