Export Executive - Documentation

As an Export Executive (Documentation) with over 5 years of experience in export operations and documentation, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation including Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents, etc. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely execution of shipments. - Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and documentation requirements. - Follow up with banks and customers for LC documentation, submission, and realization. - Track shipments, update dispatch status, and share required documents with customers. - Maintain accurate records of all export-related transactions and filing of documents. - Assist in resolving queries related to documentation, customs clearance, or shipping delays. - Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, production, warehouse) to gather necessary information for export documents. - Support audit requirements and ensure proper filing of statutory and commercial documents. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics (preferred). - 5 years of hands-on experience in export documentation, shipping, and logistics. - Good knowledge of Incoterms, LC documentation, and customs procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (if applicable). - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
