You are a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive (Documentation) with 5+ years of experience in export operations and documentation. Your role involves handling end-to-end export documentation, coordinating with internal teams, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods in compliance with international trade regulations. - Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents, etc.). - Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely execution of shipments. - Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and documentation requirements. - Follow up with banks and customers for LC documentation, submission, and realization. - Track shipments, update dispatch status, and share required documents with customers. - Maintain accurate records of all export-related transactions and filing of documents. - Assist in resolving queries related to documentation, customs clearance, or shipping delays. - Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, production, warehouse) to gather necessary information for export documents. - Support audit requirements and ensure proper filing of statutory and commercial documents.
