✅ Manage and process Export & Local orders
✅ Coordinate with factory teams for packing instructions, COA, Packing List, and samples
✅ Prepare all necessary export documents:
• Proforma Invoice
• Custom Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading Draft
• Certificate of Origin
• Insurance
✅ Arrange and support pre-shipment inspections
✅ Coordinate with Custom House Agents for cargo clearance
✅ Submit documents to the bank for lodgement
✅ Monitor vessel movements to ensure timely deliveries
🎯 Minimum 2 years of experience in Export/Impex operations of pharma industry.
🎯 Strong coordination and documentation skills
🎯 Working knowledge of international trade procedures and compliance
