About Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium automotive and industrial lubricants.

Senior Executive Export

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preparation and verification of export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth shipment clearance and timely delivery.
• Monitor and track export shipments, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies.
• Liaise closely with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure export orders are processed and dispatched as scheduled.
• Ensure strict compliance with international trade laws, export control regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve export-related issues such as customs holds, documentation discrepancies, or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate export records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Support export audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor and guide junior export staff or trainees as required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in export operations or international logistics, preferably within the lubricants, automotive, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and export management software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
