1. Generating courier AWB / tracking from online portal of UPS / DHL / ARAMEX.
2. Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, including invoices, Packing list, and shipping labels for courier Mode and commercial Mode shipments.
3. Preparing Pre-shipment documents for commercial shipment – Custom Invoice, Packing List, Export Value Declaration, Annexure, DBK Letter, Export Declaration, SDF, SCOMET Declaration, EVD and SLI (Shipper’s Letter of Instructions for courier shipment) with dispatch planning from factory.
4. Generating e-way bill.
5. Co-ordination with concern department for smoothly dispatch the material.
6. Check & approve checklist and AWB for export commercial shipment.
7. Track all dispatch.
8. Manage daily dispatches and deliveries through different mode.
9. Maintain daily dispatch list send through Tirupati and DTDC courier.
