Job Summary The Export Executive will manage and oversee the export operations of ceramic products to international markets. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, managing logistics, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Export Operations: Manage the entire export process, from order placement to final delivery. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including export control, customs regulations, and trade agreements. Handle any disputes or issues related to export transactions. Client Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with international clients and distributors. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding order status, shipment details, and any potential issues. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on global market trends. Analyze competitors and industry trends to enhance market strategies. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other third-party logistics providers. Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pricing strategies, product promotions, and negotiating contracts with international clients. Monitor and report on export sales performance, including preparing sales forecasts and budgets. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on export activities, including sales performance, market trends, and compliance issues. Keep management informed of any risks or opportunities in the export markets. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the ceramic industry. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and export management software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
