Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute Sea shipments per global trade regulations.
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
Negotiate competitive freight rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Plan and manage container bookings, vessel schedules, and real-time shipment tracking.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms, Letter of Credit requirements, and customs regulations.
Supervise accurate export documentation preparation and verification.
Liaise with customs and regulatory authorities for smooth clearances.
Address client logistics queries and ensure proactive, solution-oriented support.
Continuously improve logistics processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
Proven experience handling exports to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Africa.
Strong understanding of international shipping, documentation, and compliance.
