Export Documentation Executive

As an Export Documentation Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of export paperwork. This includes preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping bills. Your responsibilities will also involve ensuring compliance with Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) regulations, customs requirements, and export incentive schemes. You will coordinate shipments with sales, logistics, banks, and freight forwarders. Tracking cargo until delivery, maintaining accurate records, and raising alerts for any discrepancies or delays will be crucial. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and up-to-date knowledge of export policy are essential to support smooth international trade operations in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping bills - Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, customs requirements, and export incentive schemes - Coordinate shipments with sales, logistics, banks, and freight forwarders - Track cargo until delivery and maintain accurate records - Raise alerts for any discrepancies or delays Qualifications Required: - Prior experience of 2-5 years (or more) in export documentation or EXIM operations in an export house, forwarding company, or manufacturing exporter - Strong working knowledge of DGFT regulations and export processes in India including IEC, licensing, shipping bills, COO, export incentives, etc. Please note that the job type is Full-time, Permanent and the work location is in person.,
