Job Description

As an Export Coordinator at our company, your role will involve managing international shipping operations (excluding LATAM regions) with precision and ensuring accurate documentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of comprehensive shipping documentation, such as packing lists, commercial invoices, and any additional documents needed for international shipments outside LATAM. - Verification of shipment details like weights, order quantities, and pricing by reviewing system data. - Timely distribution of shipping documents to internal teams and external customers. - Coordination with logistics carriers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments, ensuring receipt of Bill of Lading for duty drawback purposes. - Maintenance of electronic files for all export orders and shipments, along with updated tracking and secure proof of export documentation. - Execution of other assigned duties and special projects under the guidance of the Logistics Manager or Director. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational abilities to work independently. - Adaptability to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities. - A keen sense of urgency, flexibility in meeting deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Moreover, prior experience in export coordination, international logistics, or shipping operations would be advantageous. Familiarity with international shipping documentation requirements is also considered a plus.
