About this opportunity:

The unit GFTL Develop Governance drives company-wide strategy execution, create & drive improvements in ways of working towards Technology and Operational Leadership within Product Management & Product Development. It is a small team of 10 people working primarily with the Business Areas and other functional areas to drive improvements and introduce new technologies in product development.In the role as Expert Business Architecture, you will be at the centre of the transformation, digitalization and automation of Ericsson, working together with a broad set of experienced Subject Matter Experts within Core Areas DEVELOP, SELL and DELIVER to deliver business flows, value streams, business processes, and business capabilities based on the Business Architecture methodology.

You will do:

Accountable for the definition, creation, and maintenance of business architecture assets in Core Area DEVELOP
Member of the Ericsson Business Architecture Working Group for Business Architecture implementation and related activities on behalf of Core Area DEVELOP
Analyze and develop business capabilities in close cooperation with business capability managers in DEVELOP
Driving and supporting DEVELOP part of transformation initiatives when using the Business Architecture methodology.
Act as a competence builder in the organization through presentations, lectures, and/or workshops as well as coach modelling responsible for different portfolio products
Engage with customers, product management, product development and the wider Ericsson architecture community to define and communicate the strategic direction in DEVELOP
Engage and support in the overall BizBoK methodology selected for Business Architecture and derive the insight support towards Core Area.
Define and support optimization in the Business Architecture IT Landscape to identify and stratify the needed tools and methodologies.

You will bring:

Profound understanding of Business Architecture from both a methodology, development and application (use) perspective
Long-term hands-on experience of defining and implementing business flows, value streams and business processes in the commercial product domain (i.e. beyond IT Enterprise architecture)
