Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our retail clients with data-driven insights and business reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with Power BI, and excellent presentation skills. You will analyse client data, identify trends, and create actionable insights to improve retail performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse sales, inventory, and operational data from retail clients.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Identify patterns, trends, and KPIs to support business and client strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to interpret data findings.
• Create visually engaging presentations and reports using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to clients and management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any degree preferred — B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) will be given prominence.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Expertise in report creation and data interpretation.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or supermarket data analysis.
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales mix, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is an added advantage.
