b. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the travel lifecycle
a. Plan and coordinate international tours including flights, accomodations, local transportation and meals
b. Create and update detailed itineraries with clear, actionable instructions
c. Monitor tour status and quickly address ant on trip issues or emergencies
a. Liaise with international vendors to confirm services
b. Ensure Smooth coordination and alignment with partner expectations
a. Assist with obtaining travel documents such as visas, passports and insurances
b. manage and organise confirmations , payments, and other essential documentation.
c. Ensure all travel activities comply with legal, safety and policies
a. Provide Real time support for travellers during trips
b. Resolve issues and maintain high quality client experience
c. Track budgets, and prepare post tour reports with insights and recommendations
