You are invited to join our Operations Team as an Expense Compliance Analyst on a contractual basis. Your role will involve managing expense claims, card reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with corporate travel and reimbursement policies. Your meticulous attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential data, and strong analytical skills will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Review and audit employee expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies. - Validate corporate card transactions and ensure proper documentation is submitted. - Reconcile discrepancies between reported expenses and supporting documents. - Communicate with employees to clarify expense-related queries or non-compliant submissions. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee reimbursements. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to improve expense management processes. - Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews and outcomes. Required Qualifications: - Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in expense compliance, reconciliations, or finance operations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP Concur, SAP/HR, or similar financial tools. - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables). - Familiarity with corporate expense policies and regulatory compliance.
