Expense Compliance Operations Team

You are a meticulous and motivated Expense Compliance Analyst sought to join our Operations Team on a contractual basis. You will be responsible for managing expense claims, card reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with corporate travel and reimbursement policies. Attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential data, and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and auditing employee expense claims, validating corporate card transactions, reconciling discrepancies in reported expenses, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee reimbursements. You will also communicate with employees to address expense-related queries, support internal and external audits, collaborate with finance and HR teams to enhance expense management processes, and maintain accurate compliance records. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in expense compliance, reconciliations, or finance operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism are necessary. Additionally, you should be adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines. Experience with SAP Concur, SAP/HR, or similar financial tools, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with corporate expense policies and regulatory compliance are preferred skills.
