If these values resonate with you and you're excited to join our journey, please review the job description below :We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Security Engineer to join our IT team. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for managing identity and access controls and overseeing the security configuration and lifecycle of technology assets. Your responsibilities include administering IAM processes-such as provisioning, access reviews, and governance-while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. You will also maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct audits, and support secure configuration baselines within the ITSM platform. Working with IT, Security, and Compliance teams, you will help strengthen security, ensure asset compliance, and improve processes to reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.

What To Expect In Your Journey

  • Administer and monitor IAM solutions, focusing on provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Enforce security policies for user identities and access across enterprise systems.
  • Implement and maintain secure configurations for mobile, desktop, server, network, and security infrastructure.
  • Support IAM integrations with SIEM and ITSM platforms.
  • Conduct periodic access certifications, entitlement reviews, and RBAC audits.
  • Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, from acquisition to retirement.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and configurations in the ITSM tool (Jira).
  • Ensure alignment with security baselines and compliance with software licensing.
  • Perform asset audits, reconciliations, and reporting for Security, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Support initiatives to optimize asset usage, reduce risks, and improve cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec to align IAM and asset processes with zero-trust and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

What You Bring To The Table

  • 4 years of experience as a Security Engineer in a global organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
