Position Overview:

Exit Interview Specialist is responsible for managing the Exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, providing insights to improve retention and workplace culture. It requires high level of efficiency, effectives and focus on employee data. The specialist will manage the group mailbox and SharePoint for the incoming requests and update the respective tool with employee response.

Knowledge and Experience

• Working Experience of 4-9 years for Exit Interview process.

• Should have knowledge and understanding of the Exit Interview Call handling.

• Strong communication and listening skills are mandatory for this role.

• Schedule and conduct Exit Interview with the departing employees.

• Working and managing Group mailbox and SharePoint is must.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective, unbiased discussion.

• Liaison with Ethics and compliance team on ethics related concerns.

• Writing emails and providing clarification to the employees.
