As an Exhibition Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading sales efforts for our portfolio of trade shows and exhibitions. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of the exhibition landscape, and possess the ability to build lasting relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and industry stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales for exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital packages across assigned events - Identify and engage prospective exhibitors through cold outreach, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with event goals - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends - Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals - Maintain accurate sales records and forecast revenue targets - Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel for client meetings and event attendance In addition to the above requirements, the job is full-time and permanent, with the primary language being English.
