Job Description

Role & Responsibility
Employee shall be responsible for taking care of Operation process (Insurance/NACH) end to end.Should be able to call the customer + Partner.Should be able to manage work within TATs.Shall be responsible for resolving the Insurance/NACH related customer queries, closely working with the customer service team and Insurance partner.Shall take lead in finding ways to automate things to reduce customer complaints regarding the escrow related issues.Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in Operations/customer service.Should have experience in financial sector (domestic market)Should have good communication skills and E-mail writing skills.Should have ability to work with stakeholders.Should have calling & non-voice background.
