Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

Onboarding & Orientation

Conduct pre-joining formalities and joining documentation.
Execute smooth onboarding & induction programs for new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records, HRIS entries, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure policy compliance.
Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reporting.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries related to policies, leaves, and HR processes.
Foster a positive and productive work culture.

Performance Management

Assist in appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback documentation.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience
in HR operations or talent acquisition.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, Word & Google Workspace.
Good understanding of HR compliance and employment procedures.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
