Job Summary:

We're seeking candidates for our Air Export operations, customer service, Pricing, documentation and Pan India Support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage air export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery across India

- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues from customers across India

- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue

- Oversee documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of air export operations

- Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

-1+ years of experience in air exports, preferably in a freight forwarding company

- Strong knowledge of air export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, pricing, and operations management

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

- Pan India experience and knowledge of regional regulations and requirements
