1)Responsible for managing P&L of the branch.
2)Managing new & existing clients for FTL business.
3)Managing vehicle Placements.
4)Follow- up for payment collection.
5)Solving Client queries.
Responsibilities:
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:Take full responsibility for the financial performance and profitability of the branch.Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.Monitor key financial indicators and take corrective actions as needed.Prepare and analyze branch financial reports.Managing New & Existing Clients for FTL Business:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing FTL clients to ensure business retention and growth.Identify and acquire new FTL business opportunities through proactive sales and business development efforts.Understand client transportation needs and provide tailored FTL solutions.Negotiate rates and service agreements with FTL clients.Managing Vehicle Placements:Oversee the efficient and timely placement of vehicles to meet client FTL requirements.Coordinate with operations and fleet management teams to ensure optimal vehicle utilization.Monitor vehicle availability and plan proactively for upcoming shipments.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.Follow-up for Payment Collection:Implement and manage a robust process for timely payment collection from FTL clients.Regularly follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any payment-related issues.Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth payment processing.
