This includes identifying leads, pitching services, and closing deals. Managing vehicle Placements: Coordinate and manage the effective allocation and placement of vehicles to meet client FTL requirements, ensuring timely and efficient transportation. Follow-up for payment collection: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment for services rendered, managing accounts receivable and minimizing outstanding dues. Solving Client queries: Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards. Follow-up for Payment Collection: Implement and manage a robust process for timely payment collection from FTL clients. Regularly follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any payment-related issues. Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
