Job Description

1)Responsible for managing P&L of the branch.2)Managing new & existing clients for FTL business.3)Managing vehicle Placements.4)Follow- up for payment collection.5)Solving Client queries. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing P&L of the branch: Oversee the profit and loss of the branch, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and manage costs effectively to ensure profitability. Managing new & existing clients for FTL business: Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to secure and expand Full Truckload (FTL) business. This includes identifying leads, pitching services, and closing deals. Managing vehicle Placements: Coordinate and manage the effective allocation and placement of vehicles to meet client FTL requirements, ensuring timely and efficient transportation. Follow-up for payment collection: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment for services rendered, managing accounts receivable and minimizing outstanding dues. Solving Client queries: Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships. Location : Chennai /Bangalore / Bhiwandi/Hyderabad.
