Job Description

Basic Function

Providing 1 st level support on client projects, including
Voice calls
Follow up for payments
Update notes in case management system
Creation of reports as per client’s specifications

Common Function

Achieve individual productivity and quality goals
Participate in training initiatives to develop knowledge
Integrate procedural changes into daily routine
Support other team members in meeting service expectations
Adhere to Company policies and procedures

Skillset

1-2 years’ experience in P&C Insurance - Property claims / Recoveries / Subrogation/ Claim adjudication
Excellent telephone and communications ( written & verbal) skills
Active Listening skills. Should show capabilities to drive a discussion
Convincing, Negotiation & Influencing skills
Questioning, Reasoning and Analytical skills
Decision making ability
Must be a Graduate
Ability to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs
Open to work in night shifts
