Executive/Analyst-Global Logistics

As an Executive/Analyst in Global Logistics at our company, your role will involve supporting sales by managing customer orders, creating sales order-purchase orders (SOPO), and coordinating with various teams to analyze and place orders as per business requirements. Additionally, you will support marketing in implementing customer complaints resolution and create standard reports on open orders, closed orders, and inventory availability using SAP. Resolving issues with sales orders/purchase orders to ensure smooth shipment will also be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will be responsible for checking import/export custom documents for North America shipments, highlighting concerns for resolution, and managing documentation retention for all commercial documents for North America shipments. Key Responsibilities: - Support sales by managing customer orders, creating SOPO - Coordinate with sales, inventory, and planning teams for order placement - Support marketing in customer complaints resolution - Create standard reports and post transactions on SAP - Resolve issues with sales/purchase orders - Check import/export custom documents for North America shipments - Manage documentation retention for commercial documents - Follow up for missing documents from vendors - Perform goods receipt and verification of commercial invoices - Assist in export planning and operation - Support customer services by managing orders, logistics planning, execution, and returns - Create sales contracts, liaise with sales/finance, and track shipments - Assist Key Account Managers in material allocation and dispatch creation - Analyze stock and process transactions in SAP - Support other logistics functions and work on improvement projects - Perform MIS, data mining, and initiative for system/process improvement Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - International logistics experience is a plus - Knowledge of logistics/EXIM processes In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be comfortable working in global shifts (Europe/US) and have strong IQ and coordination skills to resolve errors/problems effectively.
