Executive Workforce Management

Role Overview: As an Executive in Workforce Management, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies for staffing, scheduling, reporting, forecasting, process improvement, communication, risk management, and performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a staffing plan considering skill sets, replacement timing, recruiting timing, training, and cross-training - Manage rosters and data in real-time, including scheduling non-contact activities such as training, meetings, and time off - Produce high-quality workforce data and information, and generate internal reports - Develop strategic and tactical forecasts to ensure accurate scheduling of resources - Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the WFM product team to implement solutions - Establish clear lines of communication with operations and product teams - Provide reviews and feedback on potential risk areas and threats - Ensure the efficiency and currency of established procedures to achieve optimum performance levels Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field - Proven experience in workforce management or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in workforce management software and tools,
