Compensation: Upto 4.2 Lpa Ctc + 16% Incentives + performance bonus
Shift: Day shift — 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
1. Source new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails
2. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
3. Qualify leads and schedule online demonstrations or meetings with key decision-makers
4. Attend sales meetings, stay updated on product features, pricing, and contracts
5. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and new technologies
