Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. You should be able to understand customer needs, pitch our products/services effectively, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in telesales, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Graduate will be considered

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2CSales, BPO AND KPO
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
