I. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches II. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks III. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions IV. Produce timely and detailed service reports V. Document processes VI. Provide the support on the calls VII.
