Job Description

Position : ERP Consultant Experience : 3+ years Salary- Upto 45000 Responsibilities: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment. Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Manage project resources, including team members Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during ERP implementations. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems. Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an ERP Project Leader or similar role. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with change management processes. Knowledge of business processes and operations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong organizational and time management skills.
