Executive- Talent Acquisition

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive- Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the process.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
