Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment or BPO professional to lead internal recruitment teams and manage client account coordination. The role demands strong operational leadership, client engagement skills, and the ability to convert client requirements into actionable execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end floor operations for India IT staffing.
• Drive revenue, closures, and fulfilment targets across teams.
• Define and execute sales strategies for IT staffing accounts
• Monitor live floor activity including calls, lead management, follow-ups, and closures
• Coach and mentor Team Leaders and senior recruiters/sales executives
• Ensure adherence to staffing processes, compliance, and quality benchmarks
• Track KPIs, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics
• Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closures
• Handle key client escalations and support high-value negotiations
• Build a disciplined, high-performance, target-driven floor culture

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Recruitment / IT Staffing / BPO or sales
• Strong exposure to client handling and stakeholder management
• Proven experience managing large teams or floor operations
• Ability to balance client expectations with internal team capabilities
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience working with CRM, ATS, MIS, and reporting tools

Preferred Background

• India IT staffing or BPO recruitment experience
• Exposure to both sales and delivery coordination is a strong plus.
