Job Description

Delivery Manager (SDM)

Locations: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of IT services across BI/DW, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, and Data Governance projects.
Act as the primary client liaison, managing escalations, service issues, and improvement initiatives.
Ensure project delivery within scope, timelines, and budget while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor service delivery costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Track and report service performance metrics; implement corrective actions where needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and provide clear project updates.
Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
Build strong client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
Stay current with industry trends through training, workshops, and conferences.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in managing data-centric IT service delivery.
Strong understanding of BI/DW, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
ITIL certification preferred.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
