Executive - Talent Acquisition

• Act as a Talent Scout to proactively identify, connect, and engage with the brightest minds through various talent outreach activities.
• Be a Candidate Experience Champion and ensure every applicant feels valued, respected, and excited about joining us.
• Understand the talent acquisition needs of the organization and craft the perfect talent-fit activity for each role.
• Drive the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future business-critical roles by nurturing relationships with high-potential candidates.
• Explore and experiment with the latest HR tech tools and AI-powered recruitment trends to make hiring smarter and faster.
• Represent our organization as a Brand Ambassador at colleges, career fairs, and professional forums.
• Collect and analyze hiring metrics to continuously refine and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Contribute ideas to build a vibrant, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture
