Job Description

  • Office Administration

    : Monitor and manage routine office admin issues such as attendance records, leave tracking, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Infrastructure Support

    : Raise and follow up on infrastructure repair and maintenance requirements.
  • Data Entry & Record Management

    : Accurately enter data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets for HR, finance, and other operational purposes.
  • Recruitment Support

    : Download resumes, maintain candidate records, and assist HR in basic recruitment-related tasks.
  • Documentation

    : Organize and maintain files, reports, and office records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
  • Coordination

    : Support internal teams with day-to-day requirements and liaise with external vendors/service providers when necessary.
