Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end background verification process for selected candidates.
Collect, validate, and maintain all required candidate documents in compliance with company standards.
Prepare offer letters for selected candidates through ATS
Liaise with external background verification partners and internal stakeholders for timely updates and closures.
Track BGV progress and follow up with candidates for pending documentation or clarifications.
Maintain accurate records and generate periodic BGV status reports.
Plan and execute candidate engagement sessions to ensure smooth pre-joining communication.
Address candidate queries professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
24 years of experience in BGV coordination, HR operations related functions.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.
Proficient in MS Office, experience with any ATS is an advantage.
