As a candidate at Just Tails Global, you will be joining India's largest 100% natural preservatives free pet supplies organization at the Beginners level. Your role will involve supporting all parts of the procurement and dispatch process with 1-3 years of experience in a product-based organization in supply chain, procurement, or production-related responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in driving efficiencies, process improvements, and enhancing partnerships within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receiving raw material and finished goods in a timely and proper manner. - Dispatching finished goods for both online and offline orders promptly. - Maintaining proper books and records. - Supporting in unpacking, packing, and packaging of goods. - Driving efficiencies in business processes and guiding team members. - Partnering with team members to develop process improvement initiatives. - Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely closure of receiving and dispatch of goods. - Undertaking any other role ancillary to business support as needed. **Key Requirements:** - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a product-based organization in supply chain, procurement, or production-related responsibilities. - Graduation qualification is a must. - Good communication skills to work effectively with teams in India. - Understanding of procurement and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with all records. - Self-starter, collaborative team-player, and excellent communicator. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Prior experience in procurement and dispatch process in a product-based organization is an added advantage.,
