Executive Supply Chain Management

The candidate for this role should possess the ability to manage and facilitate crucial interactions with key stakeholders across various departments such as Operations, Finance, Tax, Sales, and Product. It is essential for the candidate to effectively communicate the necessity of transformation, its significance, and ensure clear communication to a broader audience. Furthermore, the candidate must implement top-notch agile and project management practices while overseeing the transformation process. They should be prepared to take ownership of both external and internal audits, address inquiries from stakeholders, and incorporate feedback based on any observations. The primary responsibility of the candidate will involve supporting the Supply Chain team in terms of Governance, Audits, and Compliances. This includes driving Supply Chain initiatives aligned with business and customer requirements, providing guidance to SCM members, and leading governance initiatives with the leadership team through regular reviews. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to collaborate with fellow colleagues to drive governance initiatives, identify and execute automation and digital transformation projects by leveraging innovative technologies, and independently engage in discussions with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus. Qualifications and experience: - A strong interest in transformation and continuous improvements. - A solid understanding of Supply Chain disruptions and innovations is crucial for driving transformation. - Educational Background: BE/B TECH preferably from Electronic and Telecommunication domain, MBA from a reputable institute is highly recommended. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in the International and telecom sector.,
