As we grow, our operations span across multiple departments, each managing its own reporting and productivity tracking. This has led to fragmented visibility at the leadership level, both internally and among our clients.

To address this, we are setting up adedicated Reporting MIS Deskresponsible for drivingorganization-wide transparency, automation, and performance monitoring.The ideal candidate will serve as thecentral hub for data consolidation, creating executive dashboards, standardizing reporting systems, and facilitating data- driven decision-making at every level.

Hands-on expertise inadvanced Excel functionsand formulas is essential, along with practical knowledge of business intelligence(BI) tools, automation platforms, andcloud-based reporting systems,for streamlined and scalable reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manageorganization-wide dashboardsto provide high-level visibility across all functions.Consolidate reports from multiple departments intoexecutive summariesfor internal leadership and external client stakeholders.Design and implement automated reporting frameworks, minimizing manual effort across teamsLeverageAI and data analytics tools(Power BI, Google Looker, Tableau, or similar) for intelligent insights, forecasting, and alerts.Work closely with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting standards, and productivity metrics.Standardize report formats across teams and ensure consistent, timely data availabilityDevelop and maintain management information system(MIS) templates, trackers, and alert systems to support real-time performance monitoring.dentify data gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for reporting automationTrain and support internal teams in using dashboards and performance toolsProvide support for client-facing reporting requirements, business reviews, and presentationsRequired Skills Experience4 7 years of experience inMIS, Business Reporting, Analytics, or PMO roles, ideally in multi-department environmentsStrong command over tools likeExcel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar BI platformsFamiliarity withautomation tools, APIs, and AI-driven reporting (OpenAI, Zapier, MakeIntegromat, or RPA tools) is highly desirableExcellent ability to understand business processes and convert them into structured reporting formatsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface across departments and senior managementOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple reporting streams under tight timelinesBachelor s or Master s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fieldGood to Have:Experience working inengagement-based ecosystems(e.g. loyalty programs, influencer platforms, trade incentives).Exposure todata storytelling-presenting insights in a way that drives strategic action and executive understanding.Hands-on experience withOpenAI APIs or similar AI toolsfor predictive analytics, summarization, or report generation.Experience withcloud-based databases(BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake) for handling large data sets across departments.Familiarity withversion controland collaboration tools like Git, Notion, or Confluence for reporting documentationPrior experience in setting up areporting CoE (Center of Excellence)or being part of a PMO or digital transformation team.Basic understanding ofbusiness finance and ROI calculations,especially for marketing or incentive campaigns.Certifications inPower BI, Tableau, or data analyticsplatforms (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, etc.).Strong understanding ofdata governance and privacy frameworksto ensure secure reporting practices.Ability to work inAgile or OKR-driven environments, aligning reporting cycles with business sprints.Sounds Like You:You re someone who thrives on transforming complexity into clarity.
