We are looking for an Executive – Strategic Partnerships who will be the bridge between our organization and IT industry clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and placement coordination , with a deep understanding of client relationship management in the IT domain. You will be responsible for engaging with IT clients , securing placement requirements , and building long-term partnerships to drive successful hiring and business growth. Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship & Business Development: Identify, connect with, and meet IT clients (startups to enterprises) to gather hiring requirements and placement needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers in the tech industry. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and engagement. Work towards strategic tie-ups with new companies for recruitment collaborations and placement drives. Recruitment & Placement Coordination: Understand client requirements in detail and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to source suitable candidates. Ensure smooth and timely candidate placement by aligning recruitment strategies with client expectations. Plan and execute placement initiatives, campus drives, and job fairs with partner companies. Maintain a pipeline of job opportunities and ensure candidates are mapped appropriately to job roles. Key Requirements: MBA is mandatory , preferably with a specialization in HR, Marketing, or Business Development. 2–5 years of experience in a recruitment/placement coordination role with direct client interaction. Proven track record in corporate tie-ups, handling client requirements , and successfully placing candidates in IT roles. Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment practices . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently, handle multiple stakeholders, and drive results. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Placement & Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
