Job Title: Executive - Operations Excellence

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our Operations Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives and ensuring that processes are streamlined and efficient.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in operational processes
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Analyze data and metrics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead projects to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved
Provide regular updates on project status and key performance indicators to senior management
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to share best practices and promote a culture of operational excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations excellence or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
