Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from US-based customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in CRM systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
  • Work effectively in the

Required Skills & Qualifications:
